All content, features, and functionality of the LifeVault app — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of LifeVault Sdn Bhd or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LifeVault Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LifeVault Sdn Bhd and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the app or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
